I offer four services:

  • COMPLETE "RESIDENTIAL" HOME ORGANIZATION- I can help you organize your: Home Office, Kitchen, Closets, Pantry, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Craft Rooms. I have outlined the most common area for Home Organization, the "Home Office" below.
  • PARENT HMO (HOME MEDICAL ORGANIZATION)-This is for Special Needs Children or those with Chronic Illnesses.
  • ONGOING HOME OFFICE SUPPORT
  • DREAM HOME STAGING- Whether you are getting ready to "sell" or if you just want a "new look" for your home or a room, I can help you get that "model home" look.

  • HOME OFFICE

    Is your Home Office out of control?  Are there papers on your desk, floors and every surface?  Are there piles of papers in your kitchen?  Do you open the mail and when you don't know where to put something, leave it on your desk?  Do you wish you could be more organized, but don't know how? You are not alone.

    In nearly every home, the first room most people ask for help is in the Home Office.  It has been my experience that most people have ten to fifteen years of files in their Home Office and don't have any idea on where to start.  Most people have attempted some organization or have purchased some supplies hoping to "get organized" and yet they are still not successful.

    Maybe you can't find your bills, or you want to get your financial files in order for taxes or perhaps you are going through a divorce and need important papers for your attorney. Let me show you how to get organized and never have those issues again.

    With my Home Office program, I will show you my system for getting your Home Office organized.  You can do as much or as little as you like.  The Complete Home Office Program includes the following:

    • SUPPLY LIST- We'll start with a supply list that includes the specific supplies you'll need to get your Home Office organized. 
    • FILING: We'll create files to handle all of your current year's paperwork. I'll show you what to do with prior year's information and tax returns.  I'll show you how to maintain the filing system and give you tips on how to organize your files better.
    • OFFICE SUPPLIES: I'll create zones for all of your office supplies so you can work better and more efficiently.  We'll create areas for bulk office supplies.
    • TO DO LIST: I'll talk to you about how to keep an effective To Do list, what it should include and how to do it.  This is the key to Home Office organization.
    • HOW TO HANDLE YOUR MAIL: I'll walk you through scenarios and tell you how to handle nearly every piece of mail that comes into your home. I'll teach you how to process the mail until completion, where to file things, what to do with them until the date arrives and how to handle all of that mail that requires some action.
    • PASSWORDS: Let me show you how to manage your passwords, how and where to store them for easy access and in the event of a pc crash.
    • HOME (Home Organization Manual for Efficiency) MANUAL-This manual will hold all of the important information needed to run the day to day activities in your household.  I will customize it to meet your family's needs. 
    • WARRANTY BOOK- This is a manual for all of the warranties, receipts and instructions for everything you own in your home.  I'll create a Table of Contents for this and provide you with an electronic copy so you can maintain this.
    • MEDICAL RECORDS BOOK for each family member- This is a book that includes a complete medical history for each person.  I'll show  you what information is important to keep. I'll show you what information is needed in an emergency situation and how to coordinate that information for each member.
    • ALL OCCASION CARDS: If you have purchased lots of cards for birthdays, graduations and all occasions, let me show you a beautiful way to organize your cards that is not only easy to use but easy to find exactly the card you want in no time. 
  • ONGOING HOME OFFICE SUPPORT

    Are you a busy professional and don't have the time to maintain your home office?  I can come in and help you maintain that organization.  E-mail me and find out how.
  • PARENT/PATIENT HMO(Home Medical Organization)

    I offer a service for your home or your organization (Hospital or Academic Medical Center) helping parents of Special Needs Children get organized.  I can help them organize:

    • Medical Records-This is the child's medical history. 
    • Medical Bills-What to do with the medical bills? How to track them? How to organize them?  What to do with them once they are paid.
    • Emergency Information-How to create an Emergency Information Sheet as well as how to create an emergency car bag and other lists you'll need in case of an emergency.
    • Home Organization-These include organization tips on how to organize supplies, creating routines and  daily/weekly tasks to make life easier.

  • EXAMPLE OF HOME MEDICAL ORGANIZATION

    This is an example of a nightstand at a client's home. This child has Special Needs and yet, everything the child needs is at the parents fingertips in the nightstand next to the child's bed. No second guessing on what is what.  The room remains functional with the medical needs tucked away in the nightstand and yet it is visually beautiful.
